Camp movie

 Hey Everyone ,

This is my camp video from 2021.It was very very fun at camp. We did lots of fun activities, fun and long rides on the bus and other fun things.

In my movie, I learnt how to make a photo black and white. Next time I want to learn how to record myself. I doesn't think wevideo was a good idea because I needed to upload the photos that I needed to my movie. The hard part of my movie was to write the texts and the most interesting part was choose a background  for the end of my movie. Less than 1 mins. I will make the pictures fade away.

Check out my Camp movie:

Camp Create Tasks

Hey bloggers

I have done my Create task 1, Create task 2 and Create task 3 this week

It was all about camp, because next week we are going on school camp.

Create task 1 was making a map, create task 2 was lettering my name and create task 3 was writing 10 facts about native animals.

The easiest part of create task 1 was drawing the tiny pictures. The hardest part was reading the instructions. I have learned how to make a map.

The easiest part of create task 2 was decorating around my name. The hardest part was trying another type of handwriting. I learned how to write in another type of handwriting.

The easiest part of create task 3 was writing the title. The hardest part was writing the facts. I learned a lot about native animals.

Check out my Piktochart and my create task 2.

Reading. Week 10. China. Creative tasks

Hey bloggers,

This week we were learning about China.

I learnt a lot of facts about China, studies its symbols and watched videos.

There were 3 Creative Tasks I picked to make this week.

Creative task 1. The play.

I've read the play "The Race" during this week and decided to make Task 1 on this play.

My favourite part of the play was when Rat held the Ox's tail while racing.

Check out these create task 1 I made:

Creative Task 2. Comparison of symbols.

I decided to compare the Chinese dragon and the symbol of Russia because I am from Russia. The symbol of Russia is called the two headed eagle.
The interesting  part of the two headed eagle is that on it's chest there is a picture of a horseman and the horseman is killing a dragon which symbolizes evil.

Dragons are regarded as a symbol of power and royal dignity in China. But in Russia the two-headed eagle is a symbol of unity and monarchy.

Check out this Create task 2 I made:

Creative Task 3. Writing my name in Chinese.

I've written my name in Chinese. It was so hard to write only my name in Chinese that I had to search it up in the internet!

If you are from China, can you tell me if this spelling is correct?

Check out my Chinese spelling:

Five things I have learnt about China this week:

1. About Dragon as a symbol. In China people say dragon like this: lóng.
2. It is very hard to write in Chinese.
3. Families tell legends about the dragon and the children think that the dragon is real.
4. The Chinese dragon symbolises peace to whole China.
5. Ox is the second important animal in China. He symbolises food to the villagers.

Sophie Pascoe (Paralympics) INQUIRY Week 6

Hey bloggers,

Today I have learnt about paralympic champions. I chose Sophie Pascoe because I was impressed by her story. At the age of 3 Sophie and her father were in a ride on lawn mower accident, she had her left leg amputated below the knee and was left with severe scarring on her right leg. But Sophie didn't give up swimming and became a NZ paralympic champion.
Sophie Pascoe has 15 medals in total! I enjoyed to know more about her.

Check the poster about Sophie Pascoe below:
